Chef de Partie - Hospitality
We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a high-performing hospitality kitchen delivering everything from refined working lunches to large-scale banquets and fine dining.
- Running your own section confidently and consistently
- Supporting service across a range of offers including fine dining, buffets, banqueting and working lunches
- Working closely with senior chefs to maintain high standards and smooth service
- Being flexible and hands-on in a fast-paced but well-organised kitchen
- Continuing to learn and develop your skills in a professional hospitality setting
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
- Strong section management and service awareness
- Ability to adapt quickly between different styles of service
- Background in high-end or fine dining kitchens (Michelin experience highly desirable)
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Monday to Friday role - weekends off
- A large, experienced chef brigade to learn from
- Varied, interesting hospitality work rather than repetitive service
