What you will do:

Manage a caseload of children and families, including Child Protection (Section 47) and Child in Need (Section 17) cases.

Undertake statutory assessments, risk assessments, and care planning, ensuring timely and effective safeguarding interventions.

Participate in and contribute to strategy discussions, child protection conferences, and core group meetings.

Develop and implement child-centred plans, promoting safety, wellbeing, and improved family outcomes.
Qualifications:

Degree in Social Work BA/MA or equivalent

Evidence of continued professional development
Registration and Compliance:
-
Registered with Social Work England
-
Enhanced DBS clearance

Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks, including the Children Act 1989 and 2004, and Working Together to Safeguard Children
