Talent Advisor - Part time

We're looking for a passionate and driven Talent Advisor to join our People team and play a key role in attracting exceptional talent across our growing business.
Working closely with the HR Director and People Manager , you'll take ownership of recruitment across our London, Leeds and Amsterdam offices, partnering with senior leaders to hire the people who will drive ARM's continued success.

How You'll Make an Impact
Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple teams and locations.
Build strong talent pipelines to support business growth.
Utilise ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media to attract candidates.
Source, screen, interview, and hire top talent across multiple business functions.
Manage candidate communications and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Lead Executive Assessment Days for entry-level media hires.
Champion employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Provide market insights and stay up to date with recruitment trends.
Drive recruitment best practice and continuous improvement.
You'll recruit across a broad range of functions including:
Digital & SEO
Offline Media
Marketing
Finance
Data & Systems
What We're Looking For
Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within the media, digital, or marketing sector.
Experience managing multiple vacancies across diverse business functions and locations.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to work autonomously.
Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
A passion for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent.
