- Helping customers move safely around their home
- Administering or prompting medication
- Preparing light meals or drinks if needed
- Offering companionship and reassurance
- Monitoring customers' wellbeing throughout the night
- Keeping accurate care records
You'll receive paid shadowing, full training and ongoing support while completing the Care Certificate, helping you feel confident from your very first shift.
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who are:
- Kind, dependable and respectful
- Calm and confident working through the night
- Passionate about helping people live independently at home
- Committed to providing high-quality care
A full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred, as you'll be travelling between customers across Bromley, Lewisham and Sevenoaks.
What you'll receive
- £129–£141 per waking night shift (weekdays and weekends)
- £81–£90 per sleep-in shift
- Tax-free mileage at 35p per mile
- Paid DBS check
- Paid shadowing
- £336 training and probation payment
- Four weeks' paid annual leave plus eight bank holidays
- Company pension
- Optional private medical insurance
- Refer a friend bonus of up to £500
- Funded qualifications from Level 2 to Level 5
- Ongoing training and a supportive team
- Easy-to-use technology to help you manage your work
Important: We accept visa transfers. You must already be sponsored and based within a reasonable travelling distance of Bromley, Lewisham or Sevenoaks.
