Hours: Full time, 42 hours, 4 on 2 off, 9 hours a day.
Pay: £14.57 ph
We are seeking professional, customer-focused Baggage Drivers to join our Heathrow VIP operation. This is a unique opportunity to provide a first-class baggage handling service for VIP passengers, ensuring luggage is collected, screened, transported, and delivered safely, securely, and efficiently across Heathrow Airport.
As a Baggage Driver, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless and discreet travel experience, maintaining the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, safety, and compliance at all times.
About the Role:
- Collect, verify, and transport VIP passenger baggage between Heathrow terminals, aircraft stands, suites, and lounges.
- Ensure all baggage is accurately matched against baggage tags and accounted for throughout the journey.
- Assist VIP passengers with hand luggage and provide a professional and courteous service at all times.
- Carry out baggage screening processes in accordance with CAA regulations, airport procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Safely load, unload, and manually handle baggage and baggage carts as required.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, complete handover documentation, and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Maintain vehicles to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness, including refuelling duties.
- Work collaboratively with the wider VIP team to ensure a seamless, secure, and efficient passenger experience.

What we are looking for:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Manual Handling certification or willingness to obtain.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a professional environment.
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions when working under pressure or in time-critical situations.
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance record.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support colleagues and adapt to operational demands.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Understanding and appreciation of equality, diversity, and providing excellent service to people from all backgrounds.
- Commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of personal presentation, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working within a luxury, VIP, hospitality, aviation, or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of Heathrow Airside roads and surrounding operational areas.
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Good command of the English language.
- Experience working within airport or baggage handling operations.
