A leading top 20 accountancy firm seeking a Manager to join its growing tax disputes resolution services team based in London. This firm is known for delivering high-quality advice to clients. Your new role
The TDRS team supports private clients, companies, family businesses, owner-managed businesses and partnerships. They advise on enquiries, discolours, COP 8 & 9 cases and proactive risk management. As a manager within this team, you will deliver high quality technical advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Manage a portfolio of clients
• Manage COP 9 and CDF investigations
• Prepare disclosure reports
• Supporting senior colleagues in negotiations and relationship management with HMRC across a varied client base.
• Taking responsibility for deliverables and driving TDRS projects forward.
• Briefing junior staff, overseeing work completion, and providing on‑the‑job training where needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACCA or CTA qualified
• Strong technical understanding and practical experience across a range of TDRS matters
• Proven experience in client handling, project management and HRMC enquiries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in managing multiple TDRS projects and building internal and external relationships.
• An interest in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
