Supervisor
AFC Wimbledon are recruiting Casual Hospitality Supervisors to join our team for Matchdays and Events!

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will serve as a role model for service and appearance standards.You're genuine passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage operations to create a truly outstanding experience for our guests. With the opportunity to work on amazing events, including matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering space.
Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bars, restaurants or sports venues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including beverage service, food handling and customer services best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the needs of the business.
We are offering an hourly rate of £15.00 for this casual role.
