Restaurant Associates is looking for an experienced and driven Central Production Manager to lead our high-volume production kitchen. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and on-time delivery while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day production kitchen operations.
  • Manage production planning, stock control, and labour.
  • Ensure the highest food safety and HACCP standards.
  • Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, coach, and inspire your team.
  • Work closely with chefs and operational stakeholders.

  • Experience managing high-volume food production.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
