Senior Healthcare Assistant - Full Time
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
Within the Romford/Rush Green area (RM postcode)
36-48 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a nursing and residential care home setting . You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to older adults and residents living with dementia, supporting their daily living, independence, and wellbeing.
Requirements
Previous experience in residential or nursing care
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confident with care planning, documentation, and medication administration
Compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach
Key Responsibilities
Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and documentation
Supervise and support junior staff
Administer medication where appropriate
Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and care standards
