Project Manager
A global organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-year transformation programme. The role will focus on replacing legacy systems with a modern, centralised platform, ensuring smooth delivery from initial requirements through to implementation and business transition.
This is a high-profile role requiring strong coordination across multiple business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project delivery across discovery, development, testing, implementation, and transition phases
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data, technology, operations, and business stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and issues
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes
- Oversee requirements gathering, testing phases (including UAT), and business sign-off
- Support planning for release, migration, and operational handover
- Monitor resource allocation and highlight capacity or delivery risks
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-year transformation or system implementation projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
- Experience working across full project lifecycles (requirements through to delivery and transition)
- Background in data-driven or system migration programmes is highly desirable
- Excellent planning, governance, and documentation capabilities
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
