Key Responsibilities of an SEN Teachin Assistant:

* Provide dedicated one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
* Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
* Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
* Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
