Secondary school based in Lambeth
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Oversight of two school sites
Full UK driving licence and access to a car required
The Role
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring the school environment is safe, secure, and well maintained. Responsibilities include health & safety compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, contractor management, and site security across both locations.
This is a varied, practical role requiring strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple sites.

Experience & Requirements
Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, Site Manager, or Caretaker
Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and site security
Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
Driving licence and car essential
