Geography Role (ECT Support) - Barnet
We are looking for an insightful Geography ECT to join us, providing a consistent and high-quality induction while you contribute to the academic success of our students.

The Role & Responsibilities Working with a team of expert geographers, you will deliver the vital lessons that help students understand our changing planet.
Classroom Delivery: Teaching Physical and Human Geography across KS3 and KS4, with a focus on sustainable development and global systems.
Fieldwork Coordination: Assisting in the planning and delivery of local and residential fieldwork enquiries.
Data-Informed Teaching: Using student performance data to tailor your instruction and close attainment gaps.
ECF Participation: Completing your induction modules with the guidance of a dedicated subject-specialist mentor.
Requirements
Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Geography or Environmental Science.
QTS: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status.
Right to Work: Valid right to work in the UK is essential.
Salary & Contract Details
Salary Range: £37,868 – £56,154 (M1 – UPS3 Inner London Scale)
Hours: Full-time | Permanent Contract | ASAP Start
