Caseworker (HEO)
- Manage and process casework in line with departmental policies and procedures.
- Analyse and interpret information to provide accurate and timely responses.
- Support the development and implementation of policy initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
- Draft concise and clear reports and correspondence.
- Contribute to the improvement of casework processes and practices.
- Provide advice and guidance on policy-related matters as required.
