Head of Business position - Top Enfield Secondary School
A highly successful mixed secondary school in Enfield is seeking an ambitious Head of Business to lead a thriving and well-established department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or emerging leader ready to take full responsibility for curriculum leadership across KS4 and KS5, including both BTEC and A-Level pathways. The successful candidate will drive high standards in teaching, learning, and student outcomes across the department.

What we’re looking for
QTS with strong experience teaching Business at KS5
Previous leadership experience (TLR) or readiness to step into a Head of Department role
Strong track record of improving outcomes and raising standards
