The Opportunity

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? Join our dedicated Ready mix team at Holcim, where you'll take charge of your own sales territory in the London.

In this exciting role, you'll not only manage and grow key accounts but also spearhead new business opportunities, all while developing and executing a winning sales strategy.

Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets and maximising margins, ensuring our presence in the market continues to thrive.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll help shape our strategic direction by developing business plans and accurate forecasts, and identifying key accounts and market opportunities.
  • You’ll play a key role in implementing sales and marketing campaigns, generating and following up on leads, and promoting our full product range to meet and exceed targets.
  • Keeping our customer records up-to-date, resolving complaints effectively, and coordinating with our Credit Services and Sales teams will be part of your daily routine to ensure smooth operations.
  • Your ability to build and nurture strong interpersonal relationships will enhance our profile within the industry and foster new business opportunities.
