The programme has full executive sponsorship and six workstreams running in parallel: engineering velocity, company-wide enablement, knowledge infrastructure, client-facing AI products, data governance, and risk management. The goal is a company where AI isn't a side tool; it's how we work, and where that translates directly into faster migrations, better client outcomes, and a bigger green dent.
