General maintenance duties Profile A successful Mechanical Engineer should have: A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience working in building maintenance or property systems.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and system improvements.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.Job Offer A competitive salary of £34200 to £41800 per annum.
