Patent Paralegal - London
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support our leading clients Intellectual Property team with administrative and paralegal tasks. This includes preparing legal documents, managing deadlines, handling filings across UK and international jurisdictions, and liaising with clients, agents, and IP offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file patent, trade mark, and design documents
- Maintain case records and monitor deadlines
- Communicate with clients, IP offices, and overseas agents
- Support billing, invoicing, and cost estimates
- Assist with diary management, travel booking, and internal coordination
Requirements:
- Previous Patent Secretary/Paralegal/Administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Able to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- CIPA qualification is desirable
