Data Centre Construction Director
A Top Tier UK and European Construction Contractor now require the services of an experienced Construction Director to deliver a 500million+ iconic major project.
This Construction Director will bridge the gap between corporate leadership and site operations, managing multiple large–scale packages and developments, senior staff, and handling client relationships.

Key indicates and responsibilities of the role include:
- Strategic leadership and high–level operational oversight across one of the companies iconic projects
- Driving operational performance, streamlining pre–construction and delivery processes
- Ensure all projects are completed safely, to a high quality, on schedule, and within budget, while supporting corporate growth
- Oversee the planning, execution, and logistical requirements of multiple complex construction packages simultaneously
- Direct, mentor, and manage a high–performing team of senior personnel from operations, commercial, design, H&S and planning
- Lead high–value contract negotiations with clients, sub–contractors, and legal teams
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage financial, legal, and operational risks
For the right experienced candidate, my client would look to pay up to 190k plus generous package and bonus.
