Market Security Team Leader
We’re assisting our client, a well respected Lloyd’s Broker, on their search to hire a Market Security Team Leader to join their business. This strategic role focuses on providing expert technical support and driving system enhancements across key platforms including Global XB, Sector, Acturis, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for technical issues
Lead requirements gathering, system configuration, and UAT
Serve as Business Product Owner on key projects
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver solutions
Mentor and train technical team members
You’ll Have:
Experience with insurance broking/onboarding systems and UAT
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence outcomes
