Reception & Events Manager - Premium Restaurant
About the role:
We’re working with a really lovely restaurant in Central London, beautiful space, strong concept, and a great team already in place.
They’re now looking for a Reception & Events Manager to take ownership of the front desk and all events. It’s a key role in the business and perfect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of everything.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be looking after the whole guest journey from the first enquiry through to the moment they leave.
- Managing reservations (calls, emails, online platforms)
- Running the host desk and making sure service flows smoothly
- Looking after VIPs, regulars, and special requests
- Handling private dining and group bookings
- Putting together event proposals and coordinating the details
- Being there on the day to make sure everything runs properly
You’ll also work closely with the managers and kitchen team to keep everything aligned.
What they’re looking for:
- Someone with experience in reception, reservations, or events in a busy restaurant
- Organised, calm under pressure, and good with people
- Confident on the phone and over email
- A natural host, warm, friendly, and switched on
- Someone who enjoys a mix of guest-facing and admin
