Job Description: Senior Recruitment Consultant Location: Uxbridge, United Kingdom Start Date: 26 March 2026 Pay Rate: £500 Per Day Job Description: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at our Uxbridge office, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of clients. Your main focus will be on sourcing top talent, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service to both candidates and hiring managers. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in a senior role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience using recruitment software and databases Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
