Senior Building Surveyor
A Senior Building Surveyor to work on diverse projects across Education, Commercial, Emergency Services, and Health sector. The Ideal Candidate:
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) status.
- Building Surveying Degree or equivalent
- Expertise in building surveying.
- Must efficiently manage programs to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
- Experience in education, emergency services, healthcare and/or commercial projects is advantageous.
- Strong client interaction skills are necessary to build relationships.
- Proven leadership in interdisciplinary project teams is advantageous.
