HR Project Administrator - HRIS (FTC)
Donald Insall Associates (DIA) is an award-winning architectural practice and heritage consultancy.
We are a collaborative team of more than 150 people across the UK, working on high-profile and meaningful projects, combining technical expertise with a people-first approach.
As we grow, we are investing in modern systems, processes and ways of working to support our people and deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. We offer a supportive and inclusive environment where people are trusted, empowered, and encouraged to develop.
We need a proactive, tech-minded HR professional to join us on a short-term contract, to support the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS).
You will work closely with the People team and internal stakeholders to help ensure a smooth rollout, strong employee engagement, and high-quality data and system adoption.
The role:
HRIS Implementation Support
Support the end-to-end implementation of a new HRIS (HiBob), including data preparation, system configuration support, and rollout activities
Data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across employee records
Assist in testing system functionality, workflows and user journeys
Communications & Engagement
Partner with Marketing & Communications to support a clear, engaging rollout plan
Help create and coordinate internal communications, guidance materials, and user resources
Contribute to building awareness and confidence in the new system across the teams
Super-User Coordination
Coordinate and support a network of “super-users” across the business
Schedule sessions, gather feedback, and act as a key liaison between users and the project team
Help drive adoption and ensure consistent ways of working
Process & Operational Support
Support documentation of new processes, workflows, and templates (contracts, letters, approvals)
Assist the People team with project-related operational tasks to ensure continuity of service during implementation
Provide ad hoc support to the People team during a period of change and transformation
About You
Experience
Previous HR or People Operations experience (essential)
Experience supporting an HRIS implementation or system integration project (desirable)
Familiarity with HiBob or similar HR systems would be an advantage
Skills & Approach
Highly tech-literate and confident working with systems, data, and digital tools (ideally “AI-native” in your approach)
Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data
Excellent organisational skills
Clear and confident communicator, able to work across teams and seniority levels
Collaborative and proactive, with a “can-do” approach
Please note: we regret we are unable to consider applications for this role from candidates who will require sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa now or in the future.
Closing date: We will start interviewing on receipt of applications as we would like this role to start in June.
