We’re looking for a dynamic and inspiring Antisocial Behaviour Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding services to residents.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading high-profile Antisocial Behaviour cases, and working collaboratively with partner agencies to tackle crime, prevent harm, and foster safer, more vibrant neighbourhoods.

What you’ll be doing
Lead and motivate the Antisocial Behaviour team, inspiring a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
Take the lead on complex and high-profile Antisocial Behaviour cases, ensuring a fair, victim-focused approach
Collaborate with residents, community partners, and enforcement agencies to prevent and resolve Antisocial Behaviour
Drive service improvement through data analysis, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with housing law, tenancy agreements, and regulatory standards
Support early intervention and tenancy sustainment initiatives to prevent legal action
Champion mediation and community-based solutions for low-level disputes
Encourage creative problem-solving and fresh approaches to community safety
Represent PA Housing at key meetings, panels, and local partnerships
Promote resident engagement, ensuring their voices shape local safety strategies

Have proven experience managing Antisocial Behaviour, community safety, or housing teams
Understand housing and tenancy legislation and how to apply it in practice

Disclosure and Barring Service:
This role requires of the successful candidate to complete a standard DBS check. A standard DBS check will show any spent and unspent convictions.
So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.
Having unspent convictions will not necessarily preclude you from being recruited into the role; if you are potentially the successful candidate, we will complete a risk assessment with you to understand the circumstances around your conviction, how relevant they are to the post you have applied for and what remedial action , if any, have you have taken since your conviction. Suitable references will also need to be obtained prior to commencement of employment.
