Our success is built on teamwork, courage, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
Our Mainline Product function plays a crucial role in building consumer-led, commercially strong seasonal ranges that form the backbone of our brand offering. As the Product Manager – Mainline, you will lead the strategic planning, development, and delivery of the core product assortment across multiple seasons. You will work cross-functionally to ensure products meet consumer needs, reflect brand identity, hit commercial targets, and land on time through a seamless seasonal process.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As our Product Manager – Mainline, you will be responsible for:
Range Strategy & Seasonal Planning
Define and execute the mainline product strategy in line with brand direction, consumer insights, and commercial objectives.
Build seasonal range architecture, identifying growth drivers, assortment gaps, and opportunities to improve performance.
Managing and maintaining clear product lifecycles.
Cross-Functional Product Ownership
Lead cross-functional teams—including Design, Development, MArket Merchandising, Sourcing, and Marketing—through the full seasonal product creation lifecycle.
Ensure clear alignment on briefs, product direction, timelines, costs, and GTM requirements.
Briefing & Product Development
Create detailed product briefs that balance consumer insight, trend direction, design intent, performance needs, commercial constraints and channel requirements for both mainline and SMU.
Oversee sample rounds, prototype reviews, and product refinements to ensure products meet quality, fit, cost, and sustainability requirements.
Seasonal Project Management
Own the seasonal critical path, ensuring key milestones are met and operational challenges are resolved quickly.
Manage risk logs, dependencies, cost reviews, and margin targets throughout development.
Commercial & Range Performance
Conduct in-depth pre-season planning and post-season range analysis to inform future strategy.
Use data, market insights, and consumer feedback to continually refine the mainline assortment.
Drive cross-functional alignment on the final range, ensuring clear communication into GTM and Sales teams.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in product management or product creation within footwear, apparel, accessories, or consumer goods.
Strong understanding of seasonal product development processes from briefing through to delivery.
Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to balance consumer insight, brand positioning, and commercial priorities.
Confident leadership of cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder alignment skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and improve range performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both creative and commercial partners.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple seasons and priorities simultaneously.
