About you

You are a senior compliance leader with expertise in asset management or a similarly regulated financial services environment. You bring strong regulatory knowledge, credibility with senior stakeholders, and experience operating within a framework of personal accountability.

You will likely bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in AML/CTF and financial crime oversight
  • Experience managing regulatory inspections, reporting, and governance at Board level
  • The capability and credibility to perform PCF roles (subject to regulatory approval)

You’ll also be:

  • A strong communicator, able to influence and challenge at senior level
  • Highly organised, with excellent judgement and attention to detail
  • Relationship-driven, with the ability to build trust across stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high standards of governance and customer outcomes
