Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting & finance department.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and provide support as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365
• A degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• An understanding of the FMCG industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
