Senior Architect job in Embankment, London, working across high-end residential, heritage and conservation projects. The role covers all RIBA stages, combining design development, technical detailing and project delivery. You will lead projects from concept through completion, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors while maintaining compliance with UK planning and building regulations. Practice & Project Information
This established practice delivers residential, heritage and masterplanning projects across the UK. Work includes private homes, sensitive refurbishments, listed building projects and wider urban design schemes. Projects require a strong understanding of contextual design, traditional construction, technical detailing and careful interventions within existing buildings. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects across all RIBA work stages Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications Manage client relationships and project communication Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders Manage project programmes, budgets and delivery requirements Contribute to heritage, conservation and high-end residential design Required Skills and Experience Qualified Architect with at least 5 years post-qualification experience Heritage, conservation or high-end residential experience or strong interest Strong residential construction detailing and traditional building knowledge Experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages Good knowledge of UK planning, building regulations and contract administration ArchiCAD knowledge beneficial Benefits and Package
