As a Content Design Lead , you’ll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of content design across IRIS. You’ll ensure our content meets both user needs and business goals — driving consistency, clarity, and measurable impact across our product suite.

✍️ What You’ll Do
✨ Act as the go-to content design expert, setting the strategic direction for how we communicate and design content across IRIS.
? Use user research, data, and analytics to guide content decisions and measure success.
? Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and senior leaders to ensure content design is embedded throughout our product lifecycle.
? Champion content standards and accessibility best practices across all teams.
? Continuously refine content strategy based on user feedback and data to improve engagement and experience.
? What We’re Looking For
? 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related field — ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
? Expertise in UX writing, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
? Strong understanding of user research and data-driven design.
? Strategic mindset — able to influence senior stakeholders and align content with business goals.
⚡ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD .
