Account Manager
We are hiring an Account Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of mid-market customers in the UK. You will drive renewals and expansion, run quarterly business reviews, and work closely with Customer Success and Sales to grow account revenue.
Requirements
At least three years of account management or customer-facing sales experience in B2B SaaS. A track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets. Confident running executive business reviews and negotiating commercial terms. Strong written and verbal communication and comfort working with CRM data.
