Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced PA to join the team at ASOS. In this role, you’ll support up to 4 members of our Leadership team - helping them stay organised, focused, and ready to deliver the most exciting and relevant fashion to our global customers.
You’ll be a key part of how we work: keeping things moving, staying ahead of the detail, and making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly in a fast-paced, creative environment.
This role is primarily based at our Camden Head Office, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office due to the nature of the role - flexibility to increase this may be required at times.
Day to day you will be:
- Proactively managing multiple diaries and inboxes, ensuring meetings are well-organised, rooms are booked, and communications are handled professionally - including responding on behalf of your stakeholders when needed.
- Coordinating leadership meetings and away days, including agendas, presentations, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Organising UK and international travel, manage expenses and approvals, and raise/manage POs.
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners, acting as a key point of contact and representing your stakeholders with professionalism.
- Creating briefing packs, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to support meetings and decision-making.
- Working closely with other EAs/PAs and the wider business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including shared cover during leave.
Qualifications
About you:
We’re looking for a confident and dynamic PA who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
You’ll bring:
- Experience supporting multiple individuals up to, and including, Director level
- A calm, professional approach to handling sensitive or confidential topics
- A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft programmes, in particular: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint
If you’re proactive, highly organised, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same - we’d love to hear from you.
