HR Assistant
Our HR team is looking for an HR Assistant for a fixed-term contract until April 2026. The HR Assistant will provide high-quality administrative support, be HR ambassadors to the business, resolve tier 1 queries, while seamlessly managing a variety of HR tasks and projects.
As an HR Assistant, you will be at the forefront of HR operations, acting as the first point of contact for the business. Your role will include empowering colleagues to use self-service options, ensuring quick and effective resolution of queries, and delivering exceptional administrative support across a range of HR activities.
This is a hybrid role, with an office presence of 3 days per week in Hammersmith.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and resolve Tier 1 HR queries via email, phone, and case management systems.
- Deliver weekly and monthly administrative tasks, including benefits schemes, offboarding reports, and maternity leave communications.
- Assign, monitor, and respond to cases within Workday, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Oversee People Support inbox for external queries, including reference requests and managing offboarding documentation.
- Support cyclical HR processes and ad hoc project work as assigned by the HR Services Team Lead
