Paid Social Lead– Fast-Growth Consumer Brand
Location: Soho, London (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
Salary: £55,000- £75,000 (DOE) + benefits
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led consumer brand on a mission to make life a little more fun. They design and sell innovative products enjoyed by customers around the world, with an ambitious growth trajectory and a highly creative, social-first approach to marketing.
We’re looking for a Paid Social Lead to join their lean, ambitious and high energy marketing team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of scaling our paid social channels, turning viral creative into performance-driven campaigns that drive real business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , TikTok , and other platforms.
- Collaborate with our creative team to ideate, brief, and test new ad content.
- Build and optimise top-of-funnel and retargeting strategies, with a focus on maximising ROAS.
- Track and analyse customer journeys using attribution tools, with a focus on driving traffic to marketplaces.
- Explore new channels (e.g., Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat) for audience growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Atleast 4 years experience in running paid social campaigns inhouse.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- Hands on experience with TikTok Ads (TikTok Shop desirable)
- Experience in a D2C/ Consumer Brand setting within a scale-up / start-up D2C brand
You'll Also Have:
- Strong understanding of creative testing and funnel strategy.
- Experience/ strong understanding of attribution - bonus points if this is in the context of Paid Social to Amazon customer journeys.
- Analytical and data-driven with great attention to detail.
- Motivated self starter who can demonstrate a keenness to learn and develop their knowledge through self study and curiosity.
