Maternity Cover Primary Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join one of our schools in Hammersmith on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a designated class, ensuring continuity and stability during the maternity absence.
About the roleThis position is ideal for a committed teacher who is passionate about primary education, can quickly establish strong relationships, and is able to maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour throughout the cover period.
-Teach a designated primary class on a maternity cover basis
-Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the primary curriculum
-Ensure continuity of learning and maintain established classroom routines
-Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
-Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress effectively

RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Maternity Cover Primary Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
