The Role

We are looking for a proactive Project Co-ordinator to join our team supporting the delivery of exciting Mobile Network Operator (MNO) projects . This is a 6-month maternity cover contract with the potential to extend .

It is a fast-paced role where strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are key. You will support projects from mobilisation through to completion , coordinating documentation, arranging site access, maintaining project trackers and acting as a key link between the team, contractors and clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting project managers with project mobilisation and coordination
• Preparing RAMS , trackers and project documentation
• Arranging site access, outages and inductions
• Reading bills of materials and organising procurement for site works
• Liaising with contractors and site teams to track project progress
• Providing regular updates to the client and keeping stakeholders informed
• Producing handover packs and completion documentation
• Raising risks or issues early and helping keep projects on track

Requirements

About you:

We’re looking for someone who

• Is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has excellent communication skills and is confident liaising with clients via email and calls
• Takes initiative and picks things up quickly
• Is comfortable spinning multiple plates and keeping teams updated

Ideally you’ll have

• Experience in a Project Co-ordinator, Project Administrator or PMO support role
• Experience within telecoms, infrastructure or MNO projects (desirable)
• Knowledge of RAMS, project trackers and project documentation
• Experience coordinating contractors, site access or project logistics
