Retail Section Coordinator

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Section Coordinator to play an essential role in the heart of our Retail department. You will help to coordinate our team of passionate casual workers and ensure that all key operational retail areas have consistent coverage on a day-to-day basis.

In this important role, you will monitor and review the team's activities to ensure the commercial and retail operational standards are being executed to the highest level, making sure we're delivering a fantastic customer experience day in day out.

Your day-to-day

• Oversee shirt printing operations - you’ll coordinate staff, maintain stock accuracy, flag issues, and liaise with other departments to meet the printing needs of our customers
• Deliver great service - you'll ensure we're delivering the highest standards of in-store experience
• Lead by example - you'll take on line management and coordination responsibility for our passionate casual and matchday workers to ensure the achievement of our KPIs and objectives
• Inspire high performance levels - you will play an impactful part in keeping our casual workers engaged and motivated, and you'll ensure they are performing their role to an exceptional standard
• Support the Retail team with in-store events - you'll work closely with the wider team on the delivery of kit and product launches, store events, matchdays and retail kiosks
• Uphold key requirements - you will take great pride in ensuring that we're adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements

• Experience in retail leadership - you come with a background of providing exceptional customer service in a busy in-store environment
• Customer-first mindset - you're dedicated to ensuring that all customers receive an engaging and seamless experience
• Inspiring coaching skills - you're well versed in directing retail teams to provide first class customer service and to uphold store standards
• Passion for visual merchandising - you know how to turn heads and intrigue our customers in a way that's authentic to our brand
• Resourceful and proactive approach - you're able to coordinate a large team of retail staff and ensure all bases are covered
• True team player - you're always happy to collaborate with a range of colleagues to provide excellent levels of support as and when required
• Exceptional organisational skills - you have experience in managing a fast-paced and varied workload
• Technical expertise - you have worked with MS Office applications including Excel
