Technology Partner - U.S. Law Firm London
Our client is a mid -sized U.S. law firm with a well-established London office. The firm’s London office lawyers practices cut across a wide section of the legal industry, with a strong international practice and significant clients in the fields of technology, banking and finance, real estate, insurance and many more.
The London office has also been the hub for the firm’s European capabilities for nearly 40 years. Their London lawyers guide strategic transactions and resolve disputes for clients with European and international business interests and regularly collaborate with lawyers in the Firm’s US and Asia offices on matters of finance, trade and commerce transactions, loans and debt market transactions and intellectual property and technology transactions.
Lawyers in their transactional group in London routinely handle sophisticated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, venture capital and private equity funding, IPOs and other equity capital market transactions, loans and debt market transactions and intellectual property and technology transactions.
The need has arisen for a talented technology transactions candidate to join the partnership in London. The candidate may currently be a partner with a UK practice looking to move to a firm with a US offering.
Their technology lawyers work out of some of the world’s most influential technology markets--from the U.S. West Coast to New York, London and Asia.
They work in teams across industry and practice groups, making sure that the right lawyers are working on projects for the most efficient and effective representation. They advise on blockchain/digital assets, cybersecurity, digital health, crypto, FinTech, commercial technology and video games.
