Location: Belvedere, London
Salary: £27,000 per annum + Private Healthcare, Pension & Expenses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

We are working with a market-leading power control systems provider who is seeking a skilled Panel Wireman to join their team in Belvedere. The role will involve building and wiring control panels to specification, working closely with the Workshop Supervisor and alongside apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lay out and wire control systems in accordance with wiring diagrams.

*

Carry out basic metalwork, including cutting and drilling.

*

Read and interpret circuit diagrams and drawings.

*

Assemble and wire control panels to specification.

*

Support live testing of control panels (training can be provided).

*

Use power tools such as drills and jigsaws safely and effectively.

*

Assist with monthly and annual stock checks.

*

Work both independently and as part of a team.

*

Support and guide apprentices when required.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Experience wiring control panels and following technical drawings.

*

Ability to read and understand electrical circuit diagrams.

*

Familiarity with live testing (desirable but not essential).

*

Practical skills using power tools.

*

Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and develop.

*

Knowledge of generators or PLC systems (advantageous but not essential).

*

Must have own hand tools.
