Graduate/Trainee Media Sales
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a bright and confident graduate or college leaver with a huge level of determination looking to develop a career in Media Sales, working for Surrey’s largest local lifestyle magazine publisher.
Salary: £20,000pa (plus commission in 1st year on target £5,000)
The Role
Generating new leads and maximising revenue by selling advertising space into the portfolio of magazine titles
- Building rapport with new and existing clients by understanding their needs
- Meeting & exceeding weekly sales targets
- Maintaining the client database with up-to-date information
- Sending out information packs to prospective clients
The Person
- Clear and confident communication skills especially over the telephone
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines
- High energy and determination to excel
- An understanding and interest in print and digital media would be an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary depending on experience, plus uncapped commission (First-year earnings approx: £25,000)
- Ongoing in-house training provided
- Excellent promotion prospects
- 20 days holidays + bank holidays (holiday rises by 1 day each year worked, max to 25 days)

- Hours: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
