Electrical Maintenance Operative
- Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and property standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and address any faults.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests within the property portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with the property team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order and properly stored.
