Plumber
Permanent Engineers Wanted – Join Our Private Sector Team 🔧 Stable Work | Competitive Pay | Career Growth We are looking for qualified, reliable engineers to join our team, delivering plumbing and maintenance services for private sector customers. This is a permanent position offering stability, structured hours, and excellent earning potential. 🚿 The Role As a permanent engineer, you will:
- Trace and fix leaks efficiently
- Deliver a range of plumbing services, from installing new taps and fixtures to full bathroom suites
- Carry out general domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Provide professional advice and practical support to customers
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing
- Knowledge of Unvented Systems & Water Regulations
- Domestic plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair experience – 2+ years preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own van (no more than 6 points)
- Clean DBS
- Basic weekly pay: £650–£750 (depending on qualifications)
- Bonus: Any jobs over 6 per day paid at £25 per job
- Overtime call-out allowance & performance-related bonuses available
- Monday to Friday
- Standard hours: 8am–5pm
- Typically 8–9 jobs per day, with potential to take 10–12 jobs
- Call-out rota: Once every 4–5 weeks (Thursday–Wednesday)
- £40 per completed emergency job
- £18 for attending & safe isolation
- Additional weekend work: Paid at £40 per emergency job and £25 per standard job
