Support Workers – Adults with Complex Needs

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for compassionate and dedicated individuals looking to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Role Details:

Location: South Ruislip (Queens Walk area)

Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: £17 per hour

Schedule: Ad-hoc basis with a guaranteed minimum of 3 days per week (Monday–Friday). Flexibility is essential.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience supporting adults or elderly adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Willingness to participate in Hydropool sessions with clients (full induction provided).

Availability for induction sessions, typically held on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
