Delivering an outstanding customer proposition. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than an average Store Manager job. Of course, you’ll manage the Branch, but you’ll also be serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves. And because we want to do our best for you, you’ll be supported all the way with training and development - including access to our very own Toolstation Academy programmes.

Plus, you'll receive some of the best benefits in retail.
