CRM Project Coordinator (Hiring Immediately)
Digi2al is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Project Coordinator to support our business development function. We are a trusted, sovereign technology consultancy delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to the UK Defence and Security sector. Our clients include the MOD, Royal Navy, UKHO, and NCA and we need someone to help us stay on top of the market landscape and never miss an opportunity. You will be the eyes and ears of our business development team, systematically scanning procurement portals, maintaining our CRM, collating intelligence, and ensuring our pipeline data is always current and accurate. You will work closely with our Head of Sales and senior leadership to ensure no opportunity slips through the net. One of your first jobs will be to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data in our new CRM system, working across our teams to make sure all appropriate data is captured. You don’t need to be a sales expert, but you do need to be organised, curious, and comfortable working with multiple data sources and tools.
