The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
Eagle Bar is a destination of effortless elegance, where chic interiors meet expansive roof terraces offering breathtaking views over Grosvenor Square and Hyde Park. A space that feels luxurious yet inviting, it is London’s definitive spot for those who appreciate the finer things.
As a Bartender at Eagle Bar, you will be part of a team redefining London’s bar scene. More than mixing drinks, you will craft experiences — blending creativity, precision, and flair to design cocktails that inspire and delight. You will bring deep knowledge of spirits, innovative techniques, and a passion for mixology that ensures every guest encounter is memorable. Eagle Bar is where artistry meets hospitality, and we are seeking bartenders who are ready to make their mark.
Key responsibilities include:
Crafting exceptional cocktails with creativity, accuracy, and style.
Bringing expert knowledge of spirits, techniques, and emerging trends to the bar team.
Delivering attentive, engaging, and personalised service to every guest.
Collaborating with the team to create an energetic yet refined atmosphere.
Upholding Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood service standards at all times.
Acting as an ambassador for Eagle Bar, representing its unique identity in London’s bar scene.
