What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Minimum 12 months in a high-end London bar.

✅ Mixology Skills: Basic cocktail-making and flaring experience .

✅ Spirits Knowledge: Extensive understanding of premium spirits.

✅ Personality: Confident, engaging, and proactive with a customer-first attitude .

✅ Teamwork: Able to work seamlessly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment .

✅ Attention to Detail: Organised with effective time management and order-taking skills.

✅ Flexibility: Able to work late-night shifts (up to 1am+), including evenings, weekdays, and weekends.

✅ Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts.
