Join Our Team at Annoushka – Fulfilment Coordinator Wanted
Location: Chelsea
Employment Type : Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
About The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fulfilment Coordinator to join our friendly, professional team. This is a hands-on, varied role within a dynamic luxury retail environment, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive their orders beautifully packaged and on time.
Reporting to the Client Experience Executive, you’ll support our friendly teams to keep operations running smoothly and take pride in our products , with a strong focus on fulfilment excellence. You’ll take ownership of accurately picking, packing and dispatching orders, including international shipments.
Working collaboratively with our PR agency, you will be the key point of contact for our media and VIP dressing product call-in process - often to tight deadlines. Alongside this, you’ll support our client service team, helping to deliver the high level of care and attention that our clients love.
This is an opportunity to take real operational responsibility and contribute meaningfully to a small collaborative team in a fast-growing part of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Fulfilment & Stock
Carefully pack and dispatch client orders, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and packaging.
Fulfil requirements for international shipments.
Maintain impeccable organisation and cleanliness across all stock areas.
Support continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies across stock handling and fulfilment workflows
Lead by example in setting stock handling and presentation standards.
PR & Media
Manage the media and VIP dressing product call-in process in liaison with our PR agency.
Maintain accurate tracking of all items currently on loan, proactively follow up on returns, and process items back into stock efficiently.
Client Service Support
Assist with client service requests to ensure we deliver service excellence and delight our valued clients.
Provide support to our Client Experience Executive and core teams as required.
