The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is h oused in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking a Door Person to provide exceptional service by offering a warm and welcoming first impression to our guests. Greeting all guests with a friendly attitude, you will offer seamless support throughout their stay. Anticipating guest needs and delivering outstanding service, you will collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and contribute to creating a memorable experience for our guests, upholding the hotel’s reputation for excellence. This role is due to start in July 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure, offering a friendly and professional first impression of the hotel and throughout their stay.
- Proactively assist with the loading and unloading of luggage, ensuring all items are handled with care and efficiency.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local experiences, offering personalised recommendations.
- Efficiently maintain the high standards of cleanliness and safety of the entrance area, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests.
- Collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless service and a unified guest experience.
